Context

A six-plus-year partnership with a global technology company's worldwide sustainability organization. It began by taking over and rearchitecting the CRM system for a major net-zero initiative, then expanded across the sustainability organization, and became Teleion's first large-scale, client-facing AI implementation.

The challenge
